I cannot stop eating Wisconsin Fire! It’s the perfect amount of heat that is not overpowering to the point you can’t taste the jerky. You can definitely taste the jerky! I’m a jerky fanatic and am super impressed with their line. I can tell it’s fresh, but what I like most of all is the consistency of the meat. Bula’s Jerky proves that jerky does not have to be super chewy. I don’t know how they do it, but this stuff melts in your mouth. No other jerky like it—I’m a fan!
