The reason I got into making jerky was because my new neighbors invited me to an annual “man day” where all the husbands get together to smoke jerky all day and drink beer. I had never done any smoking or jerky before and did some research on what to use and how to create amazing jerky.

I ordered tons of seasoning, marinades, and tried out many different ideas to make things hot, sweet, and tasteful. At the end of the day the group had given me all my jerky back as well as split up a portion of everyone’s jerky for me to take home.

I was so embarrassed that I vowed and spent the whole next year testing flavors, heat times, thickness, and cuts of meat to have at least one of the best tasting jerky’s and not be embarrassed.

The next year I was voted best tasting jerky for my 5 pepper and Honey x blends. Our jerky has the perfect smoke flavor as well as the seasonings blend amazingly and we have flavors for unlike any other jerky supplier.
